To our loyal supporters of the last five years, Artsup?!, Inc. will be ending our mission on May 31, 2025.

Your participation has inspired lives and given hope. We cannot begin to thank all of you enough.

We started Artsup in 2020 with Covid precautions all around. Getting through that original school year was a challenge, but the rewards were great, and we were able to reach many children and their families.

At this time, we will no longer accept donations, but we ask all of you to continue inspiring other organizations with your kindness.

As Robin Williams said: “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind”

What we do

ArtSup?! is a creative after school extended learning opportunity for inner city youth in the community. ArtSup?! seeks to promote self-esteem and life skills through students working side by side with professional artists and programming that encourages strong character and leadership. In addition, as hunger and food insecurity are issues in the community we serve, we also provide a meal each day of the program. ArtSup?! is FREE for participants.

Art is not just a creative outlet; it’s a powerful tool for expression, communication, and connection. It transcends borders, breaks barriers, and bridges gaps.

For teens, especially those from underserved communities, art can be a lifeline - a means to convey their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe, supportive enviornment.

ArtSup?! believes in the transformative power of art. Professional art instruction not only helps to enhance skills, it gives teens a means to express themselves, cope with their challenges, and connect with the world in a more meaningful way.
